RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

Returns and exchanges are not available. However, if there are issues with your order upon receiving your package, please message me within 3 days of delivery and we can get things sorted for you.

POLICIES:
By purchasing you agree and understand that
- I am not responsible for lost/stolen mail. If there is an issue, talk to your local post office
-If your packages is marked as delivered, yet you have not received it: reach out to your neighbors and local post office. Again we are not responsible for lost of missing packages and will not send a replacement.
- If the address in the site is incorrect, it is not our responsibility to ship a replacement package to the correct address OR refund the order that was sent to the incorrect address.
- I will replace any items that arrive damaged. If the product breaks or is damaged after 14 days of delivery, we will not replace it.
-If you are returning an item, the package must be postmarked within 5 days of its delivery to you.
NOTE: I will replace your item for no cost (except for shipping) should it break within 14 days of delivery.
